Richard Fulss is Information Manager at the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) and has been the overall person in charge of the technical implementation, the design, and production components for the product (AGTR). He joined the Animal Genetics Training Resource team in April 2002 and has since then been part of the production team.
Richard Fulss is a scientific documentalist by profession and has worked for more than 15 years in the area of Information and Knowledge management products/systems development. He has worked for the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) GmbH in its Headquarters in Germany as well as through the Centrum für internationale Migration und Entwicklung (CIM) in Germany. For the first 4 years, Richard was seconded to ILRI and this project by CIM.
